Families are responsible for submitting tuition every week that we are in session. The only weeks that families are not expected to pay tuition are as follows:
- One-week fall break
- Two-week winter break
- Two-week spring break
- Anytime a classroom is closed due to mandatory quarantine, as determined by protocols established by MVCSC nursing staff No credit is given for illness, vacation, or short school weeks (i.e. Thanksgiving break). Tuition is calculated on a weekly basis.
Accepted forms of payment include checks, cash, or credit card through eFunds. Payments can also be made via direct withdrawal from a bank account. Continued enrollment in the Early Learning Academy is contingent upon the parent’s adherence to the policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook, including, but not limited to, timely payment of tuition.
Parents are ensured their child will receive structured and exploratory discovery through learning and play, preparing them for a successful transition to kindergarten.

- Full-Day Preschool 7:45 am - 2:00 pm at $195/wk
- Half-Day Preschool
- Afternoons only 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at $105/wk
- Mornings only 7:45 - 10:30 am at $105/wk
- Aftercare 2:00 - 4:30 pm at $80/wk
- Classes are filled based on a first come, first serve basis.
- There is a $75 material fee per semester for each enrolled child, regardless of full day or half day enrollment.
- There is a $50 fee required at registration.
- Late fees will be $1 per minute per child for each minute the child is not picked up at their scheduled pick-up time (10:30 a.m, 2 p.m, or 4:30 p.m).
- Discounts are available for multiple children of the same parent/guardian and also for current MVCSC employees who are current guardians of the enrolled child(ren).
